New engine in Norwood Park
Steve Redick recently captured a series of images of the new Pierce Impel PUC that has been assigned to Engine 101 for the Norwood Park Fire Protection District. The truck, which is now in service, showcases modern design and advanced firefighting capabilities. Steve shared multiple photos that highlight different aspects of the apparatus.
The first image shows the front of the 2012 Pierce Impel PUC, equipped with a 1,500-GPM pump and 750 gallons of water. This engine is a vital part of the district's emergency response fleet.
